Over on the PaperArtsy blog this fortnight topic is 'Paper Piecing' which you can see the fabulous GD project and samples is here.
Two years ago, I had wonderful online class 'Artful Gatherin ' by Mary Jane Chadbourne, she taught us how to make a brilliant doll. Then I've made the doll for the theme.
I've used on the face using a transfer technique by the Lynne Perrella LPC010.
Also I was a collage using the leftovers of paper.
This is my doll.
This is the doll body, I've used some crackle paste and it was happy result.
Unfortunately it did not see from the finished the doll.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
Have a wonderful day all.

ReplyDeleteI love your paper-pieced doll - she's really charming... all the rich colours and that wonderful curly hair! Fabulous crackle too - shame it's not visible! Sorry to have missed so much again lately. I've got a couple of weeks coming up soon where I hope to do some proper catching up.
